How to easily remove and replace inserts for washing your Puff™

Inserts and Foam are not washable. Please spray a solution of half white vinegar and half water on the soiled area and air dry.

Does the Pearl Puff™ Ortho have orthopedic support?

Yes. Beneath the plush nesting bolster is a thick bottom of CertiPUR-US® certified Companion-Pedic® memory foam (2.5 to 3.5 inches depending on size) that helps provide pressure-relieving comfort and support.

Is the Pearl Puff™ Ortho good for senior dogs who curl up?

Yes. It combines the security of a surrounding overstuffed LUXURA-FILL® bolster with a supportive Companion-Pedic® memory foam bottom, so curlers and nesters get plush comfort without giving up support.

How is the Pearl Puff™ Ortho different from the Pearl Companion Puff™?

The Pearl Puff™ Ortho adds a thick CertiPUR-US® certified Companion-Pedic® memory foam bottom beneath the same iconic overstuffed silhouette. The Pearl Companion Puff™ is the all-plush version, cushioned with LUXURA-FILL® alone.

What size Pearl Puff™ Ortho should I choose?

Sizes run X-Small (dogs and cats up to 10 lbs, 9" inner diameter) through X-Large (dogs 60 lbs and over, 20" inner diameter). The weights are estimates, so map the inner diameter on the floor around your companion and size up when in doubt.

Is the Pearl Puff™ Ortho cover washable?

Yes, the cover unzips for cold-water machine washing and line drying (no heat, bleach, or bleach alternatives). The inserts and foam are not washable; spot clean them with a half white vinegar, half water solution and air dry.

Is the Pearl Puff™ Ortho being discontinued?

Yes. This fabric has been discontinued and the bed is retiring in its current form as Animals Matter transitions to fully certified fabrics. It remains available while stock lasts, and a restock of a sold-out size or color cannot be promised.
