Dense Foam Over a Firm Base, by Design
Every orthopedic bed here is built on the Companion-Pedic® system: memory foam at a density of 4 to 5 pounds per cubic foot over a high-resilience support foam rated at 55 ILD. Density is what keeps foam supporting a heavy frame instead of flattening within months, and the firm base keeps hips and elbows from pressing through to the floor. Designated foam components are CertiPUR-US® certified.

Unzip the removable cover and machine wash it in cold water, then line dry. Never machine wash the foam or inserts; spot-treat them with a diluted white vinegar solution and air dry fully before re-covering.
