How to easily remove and replace inserts for washing your Puff™

Inserts and Foam are not washable. Please spray a solution of half white vinegar and half water on the soiled area and air dry.

The Shag Puff in its current fabrics is being retired. Each size and color remains available only while remaining stock lasts, and sold-out combinations will not return. The silhouette continues in the new Roxy Ortho Puff®, crafted in our newest fabrics and ready to ship.

What size Shag Puff should I choose?

Fit by the inner resting area, not weight alone: X-Small has a 9" inner diameter (up to ~10 lbs), Small 10" (up to ~20 lbs), Medium 12" (up to ~40 lbs), Large 16" (up to ~60 lbs), and X-Large 20" (60 lbs and over). Weight ranges are estimates — we suggest mapping the inner dimensions on the floor around your pup, and going one size up when in doubt.

Is the Shag Puff good for dogs who curl up?

Yes — it is a nest-style bed made for companions who love to snuggle in. The tall overstuffed bolster wraps fully around, giving dogs who curl a sense of enclosure and a place to rest their head.

Can you wash the Faux Fur Shag Puff?

The faux fur cover unzips for a cold-water machine wash and line drying — no heat, bleach, or bleach alternatives. The inserts and foam are not washable; spot clean with a half white vinegar, half water solution and air dry.
