*The beds are overstuffed and made with LUXURA-FILL® that can move and reposition during shipping after being folded in a box. Upon delivery, please allow 2"-3" on each side for the inner and outer dimensions until the bed and bolsters expand with use.

Care

Cover unzips for cold water, machine wash, and line dry. No Heat, Bleach, or Bleach Alternatives.

Inserts and Foam are not washable. Please spray a solution of half white vinegar and half water on the soiled area and air dry.

Is the Faux Fur Shag Lounger™ easy for dogs to get into?

Yes. Every size has a lowered front opening (from 3.25 inches high on the X-Small to 6.5 inches on the Large) so companions can step in rather than climb over a full-height bolster.

Does the Shag Lounger™ have orthopedic support?

Yes. It includes a removable pillow of thick CertiPUR-US® certified Companion-Pedic® memory foam for pressure-relieving comfort and support, surrounded by bolsters generously stuffed with LUXURA-FILL® hypoallergenic high-memory spring cushioning.

How is the Shag Lounger™ different from the Faux Fur Shag Sydney™?

The Shag Lounger™ surrounds your companion with bolsters plus a lowered front opening, and its Companion-Pedic® memory foam pillow is removable. The Shag Sydney™ is lower-profile overall, with a single sloping bolster and an open front for the easiest possible step-in.

Is the Shag Lounger™ big enough for large dogs?

Yes. The Large is sized for dogs 75 pounds and over, measuring 48" x 40" outside with a 36" x 30" inner resting area — it is very big, so check the dimensions before ordering. The Medium suits dogs up to 75 pounds.

Is the Shag Lounger™ cover washable?

Yes, the cover unzips for cold-water machine washing and line drying (no heat, bleach, or bleach alternatives). The inserts and foam are not washable; spot clean them with a half white vinegar, half water solution and air dry.

Why does the Shag Lounger™ look smaller when it arrives?

The bolsters are overstuffed with LUXURA-FILL® that can shift and compress while folded in the shipping box. Allow 2-3 inches on each side for the inner and outer dimensions until the bed and bolsters expand with use.
