The Animals Matter® Craftsmanship Warranty
We built it. We stand behind it.
For more than two decades, every Animals Matter® piece has been designed, cut, sewn, filled, and finished in our own California workshop under video for Quality Control.
Every eligible piece purchased directly from animalsmatter.com is warranted for one full year against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal household use.
Every request is personally reviewed by the people who made the piece and considered on a case-by-case basis.
What falls outside the warranty
- Damage from a companion's own enthusiasm — chewing, scratching, digging
- Misuse, accidents, or care outside our published instructions
- Events beyond anyone's craft — fire, flood, smoke, and other acts of nature
- The normal, natural wear of a piece well-loved
- Pieces purchased anywhere other than directly from animalsmatter.com
The warranty is owned by the original purchaser and is not transferable. If you're not sure when you ordered, don't worry about the paperwork — your name, email, and an approximate date are all we need, and we will gladly find your order.
How to reach us
Contact us through our contact page with your name, the piece, and a few photographs. A person reads every request, usually within a few business days.
This is a limited warranty. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Repair, replacement, or substitution, at our discretion, is the exclusive remedy under this warranty.
Because when something is made properly, standing behind it isn't a risk. It's the point.
